Purchasing Platform - Walnut plywood

In order to meet the expectations of the market, we decided to implement the Purchasing Platform, which will be the basic communication tool
 suppliers during the purchasing process.

This means that the entire bidding and evaluation process will be conducted electronically, ensuring full confidentiality and the highest standards of data transmission security. Starting from January 2016, the Logistics and Purchasing Department will send you the first inquiries via this Platform.

How does it look in practice:

• Each time you will receive a link from our company in an e-mail, which will "transfer" you to our inquiry,
• It will describe our needs (material, quantity, delivery time) and possibly additional information (technical drawing, certificate requirements, etc.),
• You provide a price proposal for a given purchase item and / or other commercial and technical parameters of the offer,
• You send the entire return to us by clicking the "Make an offer" button on the Platform.
• Additionally, you will always be able to monitor our open inquiries on the website platformazakupowa.pl/orzechowo

The bidding procedure may be carried out without prior registration in the Platform's database or through individual registration. In inquiries, offers can be submitted by replying to an e-mail and attaching a completed Excel file (there is no need to submit offers directly on the platform).

For our part, we encourage you to register on the Platform, because you have the opportunity to expand your database of potential buyers (reaching other users of the Purchasing Platform with your offer). An additional advantage is the provision of the entire range of materials and / or services offered by your company through your own assignment to specific material and / or service groups. The guidelines for registering your company on the platform can be found on the website platformazakupowa.pl/orzechowo in the "Become a Supplier" tab.

The only thing required on your part is access to the Internet and one of the most popular browsers: Internet Explorer (from version 10.0), Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome.
