subject of the contract meets the requirements of the applicable PN-EN-ISO standards and that it has a mark of compliance with European standards CE.<\/h4><\/li><li><h4>Workwear will be used in the wood industry, incl. in dealing with adhesives and dusts - the tenderer should take this circumstance into account when submitting the offer.<\/h4><\/li><li><h4>Workwear should be at least of the quality of REIS Master series workwear.<\/h4><\/li><li><h4>The Ordering Party reserves the right to fluctuate \u00b1 25% of the above-mentioned quantity of the subject of the order.<\/h4><\/li><li><h4>The above-mentioned amounts should be considered indicative. The actual quantity of the delivered goods will result from the current needs of the Ordering Party.<\/h4><\/li><li><h4>After the preliminary examination of the offers (price criterion), the Ordering Party will request the five tenderers who submitted the most advantageous offer in terms of price, to submit (at the Supplier&#039;s expense), within the time limit set by the Ordering Party, not shorter than 3 working days, of the subject matter of the contract in order to assess the quality of the proposed goods .<\/h4><\/li><li><h4>The deposited designs will be collected by the Suppliers after receiving information about the outcome of the procedure or by submitting a written request for their return at the Supplier&#039;s expense (not applicable to the Suppliers with whom an agreement will be concluded as a result of the procedure).<\/h4><\/li><li><h4>The supplier is obliged to provide a table of dimensions and sizes for the delivered clothing, along with the clothing patterns.<\/h4><\/li><li><h4>All delivered goods must comply with the patterns available at the Orderer&#039;s premises and in accordance with the agreed sizes.<\/h4><\/li><li><h4>Individual partial deliveries will take place successively, in accordance with the Ordering Party&#039;s needs, to the Clothing Store in Orzechowo, at ul. RESERVATIONS OF THE CONTRACTING PARTY<\/u><\/strong><\/h4><ol><li><h4>The Ordering Party reserves the right to freely choose the offers, and the right to withdraw or cancel the procedure without giving reasons, and the Bidders are not entitled to any claims in this respect.<\/h4><\/li><li><h4>The offer is non-refundable.<\/h4><\/li><li><h4>The Ordering Party reserves the right to conduct price negotiations with Suppliers after receiving offers in the course of these proceedings.
