entities authorized to submit a written offer to audit the Company's financial statements for the financial year covering the period from 01\/01\/2016 to 31\/12\/2016 and to prepare a written opinion together with a statutory auditor's report
from the examination of that report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00a0The required date of the audit: until March 31, 2017, including the delivery of the opinion and report of the statutory auditor. Interested entities are asked to submit written offers by 19 September 2016, by 1400 at the seat of the Company: SKLEJKA ORZECHOWO SA, ul. Mi\u0142os\u0142awska 13, 62-322 Orzechowo (the date of receipt by the Company is decisive). Tenders must be sent or submitted in a closed envelope
with the annotation: "offer for the audit of the Company's financial statements". Offers submitted after the deadline for their acceptance shall not be considered.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Conditions and expectations towards the statutory auditor:
1) the statutory auditor should be present at the meeting of the Supervisory Board assessing the financial statements and, if necessary, at the Annual General Meeting which approves the financial statements, in order to submit relevant information and explanations,
2) information on problems in the entity's accounting system, prepared
in the form of the so-called letters of intent should be communicated to the Supervisory Board,
3) the same entity may not audit the Company for more than 3 consecutive years.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The offer should include:
1.information about the statutory auditor, including the form of conducting business activity, entry
to the register of statutory auditors, entry on the list of entities authorized to audit financial statements, information on the number of statutory auditors employed, documents presenting experience in auditing financial statements,
2.information about the knowledge of the industry in which the Company operates,
3. a statement that the statutory auditor meets the statutory conditions for expressing an impartial and independent opinion on the audited financial statements,
4.net and gross price for the audit of the financial statement and preparation of a written opinion on the audited financial statement together with the report on the audit of this statement, including all expenses related to the audit,
5.indication of methods and dates of auditing the financial statements,
6.a draft contract,
7. a certified photocopy of the insurance policy. The bids will be opened and the statutory auditor will be selected by September 26, 2016.
at the seat of the Company. If the offer is qualified for further proceedings, the selected bidder will be notified individually by 30 September 2016, additionally this information will be posted on the Company's website.
